SV-HUC-1人输尿管上皮永生化细胞

描述

这株细胞是正常输尿管组织用SV40病毒转染建株的。 反复用非洲绿猴肾细胞平板测试检测传染性SV40的生成，结果都呈阴性。 胁迫（如曝露于化学试剂）下可能激活病毒。 ATCC还有一株化学转化的成瘤细胞株，MC-SV-HUC T2，目录号为CRL-9519。

F12K培养基(SIGMA,货号N3520，添加NaHCO3 2.5g/L)，90%；优质胎牛血清，10%。 气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37摄氏度。
